Perfect for an individual, a couple or small family - our Studio condominiums range from 363 to 466 square feet and are similar to a hotel style room - queen bed, entertainment armoire with TV & DVD, table and dining chairs, end tables, sofa with pull out queen bed and rolling coffee table. Each studio is equipped with a gas burning fireplace and a kitchen complete with granite countertop, stainless steel refrigerator, ceramic cook-top range and dishwasher and is stocked with a complete service for four. The full bath comes complete with a Corian shower surround, vanity with granite top and sets of towel and toiletries for your stay.

At 674 and 947 sq. feet our D & E style condominiums offer sleeping and dining capacity for 6 adults. The laughable comment made by many who have toured the condo, "this is larger than an apartment in the city". The condo is just that - the perfect lifestyle unit. A large L-shaped kitchen has enough room and storage space to accommodate cooking for you, your family and friends for the week while never feeling cramped. The round dining table comfortably seats six and the open living area with corner fireplace is just perfect for entertaining. A large shared full-bath is entered privately from both the bedroom and the living area. The separate bedroom lies adjacent to the living area and has it's own jetted bathtub and access to an outdoor terrace.

Our 831 square foot one-bedroom lockout condominium is essentially two studio rooms, each with an entry door to the corridor. One side consists of an L-shaped kitchen complete with appliances; full bath and combination living/dining/bedroom area much like the description of the Studio "A" & "C" style units. The difference lies in the living area - instead of a queen bed, a custom millwork queen pull-down Murphy bed is affixed to the wall. The unit comes standard with an outdoor terrace, queen sofa bed, entertainment armoire, queen sofa bed, end table and rolling coffee table. An interconnecting door provide access to an adjacent studio style room complete with a full bath, wet bar, queen bed, sofa bed, dining table and gas burning fireplace.

The one-bedroom lockout accommodates eight and is perfect for larger families or just for that extra bit of privacy from the kids. Versatility... each side of the unit can be used and/or rented separately... it's almost like owning two condominiums.

Two Bedroom Lockout ("G" Floor Plan)

This 1041 square foot condo was designed to meet the needs of a growing family. It is essentially a one-bedroom with Jacuzzi "D" style unit with an interconnecting door to a basic studio with full bath, wet bar, queen bed and sofa-bed - each side of the condo having their own entry from the hallway corridor. The ability to utilize either side or both sides as needed to accommodate your family and guests adds to the versatility of the layout. Most buyers who purchased the two-bedroom "G" style did so because of the versatility and size.

Executive Three Bedroom

What do I get with a quarter-share of an Executive condo at the Kaatskill Mountain Club?
